I love almost anything that is old, like my dad for example. I think its because there is so much history in it that one can learn about, but only if you spend time with it will you get to know its own story. The reason why im writing this blog is because i think its appalling of how little information there is of this bike, its as if it has never existed. But i hope to change that, and people who have the same/ish motorbike with any sugestions please give them to me because i only have my dads insights right now.
The first thing i did was aww at my new/old bike... then i started to inspect it... I paused for a very long time after i saw the electrical system...
A little Bushmechanics i see
After the small mealtdown i convinced myself that it should be easy to tidy up, i was wrong. I gave the engine a little kick and everything seemd to work except for the sparkplug. I was very confused since everything seemed to be connected properly, i was wrong once again. I opend up the generator and everything was connected correctly acording to me, but i doubted myself. After a month of being stald i looked over the electrical system again and found out that the ignition coil wasnt connected to anything... DERP! So i had a long discusion over skype with dad about how it was suposed to be connected and finnaly after a few hours we came to an agrement. I went out to the motorbike to find the contact breaker, new mealtdown, there wasnt a contact breaker in the motor bike... after my brain reboted i rememberd that i had some loose parts that came with the motorbike, YES there it was in a bag... now how do they fit together...mmm...
I spent an hour on the internet and finaly figured out how they should sit together but when i fited them onto the axel type thing i noticed something, something very iritating but fixable, i think.

Is that a crack... |
Jupp its off!!!! |
Right now im taking a break from the engine and looking at the exterior of the motorbike. First off, i dont see myself driving around with the yellow covers looking like the Swedish flag, so i repainted them black.
Tomorow i will put them on the motorbike to see how it looks. To anyone reading this I hope my english is manageable, i dont have an autocorrect thing so you will have to live with the errors.
Looks like a great project! Wish I could give you some advice, but I've got none to give except to keep troubleshooting and inquiring. You will have a sweet ride and a great story to enjoy afterwards!
